08 Nov November 2017 SCLAA Awards Night – Datapel are Innovation and Technology Finalists!
This year Datapel have been named Innovation and Technology Finalists by the Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia (SCLAA).
Datapel’s innovation focuses on delivering big business technology to small business and providing improvements in workplace warehouse productivity. Through the implementation of handheld digital scanners and software interfaces that are easy to understand; any type of business, big or small, can benefit from our warehouse management system (WMS) and significantly improve their bottom line.
Our clients have benefited greatly from both our products and guidance, with many becoming leaders in their respective industries. Three of our key clients won have won at the Telstra small business awards, three years in a row. Earlier in 2017, we were nominated in the Top 10 WMS for SMEs by Logistics Tech magazine.
Started by Adam Wesley in 2003, Datapel has grown to support hundreds of firms across Australia and has recently started expanding into the Asia Pacific region. While our focus remains on serving Australian clients, approximately 15% of our products and services are now being delivered into Asia.
We believe the core of our success is based on the recognition that excellent software is just one part of the solution. As a result, our inventory management products are easy for warehouse staff to learn and begin implementing.
During the award Adam Wesley noted “We are incredibly proud to be an Australian business serving other Australian businesses and are honoured to be recognised by the SCLAA.” Datapel will continue to strive for excellence in the provision of supply chain management solutions that are easy for SMEs to master and implement.
The winners of the SCLAA awards are set to be announced on Friday 17th November during the annual Gala Dinner held at Luna Park, Sydney.
