It is possible to select your preferred printing preferences.
Login to your Inventory system:
1. Go to Tools > Preferences
2. Select Printer Tab
3. Choose from following options:
No Default – Users must select a printer device. Select this option if the user must select the printer each time a document is to be printed
Use System Default Printer – Select this option if the System Default Printer (configured in Microsoft Windows Control Panel) is to be used.
Default Printer as selected – Select this option and select from the list of printers to set a printer as the default printer to WMS only.
It’s important to note that you need to login as a Superuser in order to make Preference Changes.
